Looking for a talent? A digital marketer is waiting for you.

Looking for a talent? A talent is waiting for you.

You usually write the job description. This time, I wrote what I can bring to the table.

I’m a digital marketer looking for a long-term commitment, not a freelance project. Generalist, or specialist in paid media, earned media or email marketing, whichever fits your team. Try me for 15 days, completely free. On day 1 we agree on one metric and one deliverable. On day 15, you decide.

Day 1One metric, one deliverable
Day 8Check-in, no surprises
Day 15You decide

15 days. Completely free. No obligation to hire me.

Check me before you call me.

  • My platform: adudigit.com
  • Let’s connect on: LinkedIn profile. If we’re a good match, let’s start the journey today. If we’re not, you’ll see it from this page, and we both save time.

Every team is missing a different piece. Which one is yours?

Maybe you have an open position, maybe you don’t, and maybe you hadn’t even thought about it yet. I’d rather knock on your door and ask than wait and wonder. Pick the profile closest to the piece you’re missing. We might be a good match, and you can change your mind after our first call.

Yes, I built this page myself in HTML and CSS. Using a tool that isn’t on the list? Tell me which one. I pick tools up fast.

What I bring to the table: less time, less cost.

Hiring costs time and money before the new person even starts. Here is the usual way, next to mine.

The usual road

  • Write the job ad and pay to post it
  • Sort through hundreds of CVs that all sound the same
  • Run round after round of interviews
  • Maybe add a recruiter’s fee
  • Wait weeks for a start date
  • Find out in month three if it was the right call

The 15-day road

  • One 15-minute call
  • One metric and one deliverable, agreed on day 1
  • Real work on your real channels
  • Short updates you can read between meetings
  • A decision on day 15, based on what you saw and not on promises
  • Not convinced? You don’t hire me. Nothing to untangle.

Try me for 15 days. Completely free.

Simple on purpose. No fee, no commitment, and you shouldn’t need a meeting to understand the trial.

  1. We talk

15 minutes. You tell me what’s stuck, I tell you honestly if I can help.

  2. We pick one metric and one deliverable

For paid media, a performance number. For SEO or tracking, a finished audit, setup or dashboard you can judge.

  3. I do the work

15 days on your real project, with a check-in halfway so you’re never guessing.

  4. You decide

Goal met? Let’s talk about a long-term role. Not convinced? You don’t hire me, and we part on good terms.

What I need from you: one real goal, access to the tools involved, and an honest conversation on day 15. That’s it.

Can’t share access to your accounts? Start with a free 48-hour audit of your account instead. You get the findings, and we decide together whether to go further.

Your first interview questions, answered here.

So you don’t lose your time on them.

Are you looking for a freelance project?

No. I’m looking for a long-term commitment. The 15 days are how we check the fit together, not a way to keep things short.

What will you bring to the table?

In week one: a tracking and account audit, quick wins on wasted spend, and a clear plan. I’ve run these setups before, so you won’t need to train me on the tools.

Is there anything I should know about you?

I have a creative mind, and I like bringing that into my work. I enjoy finding fresh angles, developing ideas and turning them into marketing that feels human, while still keeping an eye on the numbers and the business goal.

So, are we a good match?

I think we are. Let’s talk, and you tell me.

Questions about the trial.

What does “you decide on day 15” really mean?

On day 1 we agree on one metric and one deliverable. On day 15 we look at them together. If you’re not convinced, you simply don’t hire me. No awkward negotiation, no strings.

Is the trial paid?

No. The 15-day trial is completely free. There’s no fee and no obligation to hire me. We agree on the goal and what success looks like before we start.

Why would you do this?

Because I’d rather show you than tell you. A CV says what I can do. Fifteen days of real work shows it.

Do I have to change my hiring plan?

No. Keep your usual process running if you want. The trial doesn’t get in the way, and it costs you very little time.

What if I’d rather not give access to our live accounts?

That’s a fair concern. We start with a free 48-hour audit of your account instead, and you decide whether to go further.

What kind of project fits into 15 days?

A campaign to launch or fix, an SEO or analytics audit, a tracking setup, a reporting dashboard, a landing page, a content or PR push. If it has a clear outcome, it works.

Generalist or specialist: how do I choose?

If marketing at your company is one person, you probably need a generalist. If you already have a team and one channel has to perform, a paid media, earned media or email specialist fits better. Tell me your goal and I’ll give you my honest opinion.

What happens after day 15?

We look at the results together. If it worked, we talk about a long-term role. If not, we part on good terms.

Let’s talk and see if we’re a good match.

15 minutes. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll tell you first.

Let’s talk
